Daily wanderlust

In the past twelve months I lost two friends and four members of my family. If there is one thing this has taught me it is to appreciate the moment, life is too short not to. For my last birthday some friends gave me a mindfulness travel journal. Anyone who knows me well,  knows what a brilliant and thoughtful gift this was. I do try to practice mindfulness and living in the moment. Yesterday was the first anniversary of loosing a close friend so I have decided, in honour of her memory to record one moment each day that I appreciate over the next twelve months. I will call this series Moments with Childwanderlust.
